Shipping
Information

Canada Post has "Expedited Parcel" to the U.S. so that larger packages (over 1 kg/2.2
lb.) include a Delivery Confirmation number that can be checked on
their website www.canadapost.ca .
Smaller items
(Small Packets up to 1 kg/2.2lb) are shipped First Class Air Mail
(unless other arrangements are made) and are generally
not shipped with tracking numbers.
Delivery Confirmation/Insurance
on Small Packets can also be purchased, at a cost that you will be informed
of if you request it.
Additional insurance can be
purchased for items over $100 at $1 per additional $100 of value.
Please understand that we are in Canada, and shipping times do take
longer than 'within US' shipments.

Canada Post suggests 10 to 14
business days each way to and from the United States, so if you
are paying with a money order it may be about a month from end of auction
before you see your item. Although, most of the time it is faster.

We strive to ship all items within 4 days from receipt of
payment, although depending on the item, it may be a little longer. We
always try to keep you, the customer, informed of any delays or updates
regarding your package.

We are located in a
Rural Area and ship only once a week, unless volume suggests otherwise.
Our regular shipping day is Thursday.

Payment Information

Acceptable forms of payment include US Money Order or
Cashier's Check or Paypal.

Personal check will be accepted but please be aware that
there will be a 15-day hold for clearing prior to items being shipped.

Please note that we
only accept Paypal as a form of online payment (Not Yahoo,
C2it, etc) and no money wires/transfers at this time.

Return policy

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your
purchase, please email immediately to let us know. If we cannot resolve
the issue in any way other than a return, we will provide a refund less shipping
costs. After the item has been received in its original condition, a refund will
be issued. As a note on this, we have shipped out thousands of items with
minimal problems, we pride ourselves on our packaging, second to none.
